Refund and Returns Policy

At Speed Simulation World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Timeframe: You may return items purchased from Speed Simulation World within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

1.2 Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance items.
  • Digital downloads or software products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at returns@speedsimulationworld.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

2.2 Packaging and Shipping: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

2.3 Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer refunds for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3.2 Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing packaging, or damaged items).

3.3 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account or credit card statement. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@speedsimulationworld.com.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at returns@speedsimulationworld.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and shipping the replacement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@speedsimulationworld.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@speedsimulationworld.com. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.

7. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes associated with returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Please note that refunds for international returns may take longer to process.
